INFO AND HYGIENE RULES
WELCOME TO DISKURS35!
We are very happy to finally look at art together again, to discuss, to think about theory together and to celebrate an exciting DISKURS.
However, since we are still in the middle of the pandemic, there are some rules that you and we must follow. If you do not act according to them, we will reserve us the right to exclude you from the respective festival events.
ACCESS AND ENTRANCE FOR EVENTS
The entrance to our events is free.However, there is a distance and hygiene regulation in the rooms, which is why we are not allowed to use the rooms to full capacity. Therefore, you have to register for the events in advance.You can do this via the respective program pages. You can find an overview here.
In addition, we can only allow access with negative proof. This means: fully vaccinated (two shots of Biontech/ Pfizer/ Moderna/ Astra Zeneca, the second at least two weeks ago or one shot of Johnson, also at least two weeks ago), recovered or tested (official test). Please bring the proof documents to the entrance.
Where can I get tested?
There are possibilities to officially get tested at different locations and pharmacies in Gießen.
DRK has many test centres for instance, one at Seltersweg and one at Ostanlage. It is best to make an appointment in advance via:

You do not need to pre-register to visit the Festival Center, but you must still bring your negative proof to the entrance.
It is mandatory to wear a mask in the rooms, on all pathways, and whenever you are crowded and cannot keep distances. Please follow those rules, otherwise we will have to deny you the entry to the festival center or event.
In general, we’d like to ask you to do the following: Even if you are fully vaccinated or recovered and that is enough for the entrance, we are infinitely grateful if you do a self-test before coming to DISKURS, if possible. This way we can create the safest and most relaxed atmosphere possible for everyone.
PARTY, PARTY, PARTY
Finally we can celebrate DISKURS together again. There are special rules for the party. There you have to pay a small entrance fee (about 3-7€) and the 2G rules apply - fully vaccinated or recovered. Although with this rule the regulations about distances are dropped, we still ask you to watch out for each other and keep your distance where necessary. If you feel more comfortable with this, feel free to wear a mask anyway! Please mind: we're all returning to indoor spaces at our own pace.
